DOT SAP Evaluations
DOT Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) evaluations are federally required for safety sensitive employees who have violated U.S. Department of Transportation drug and alcohol regulations, including CDL drivers and aviation or pipeline workers.
If you have tested positive, refused a test, or violated DOT policy, a SAP evaluation is required before returning to duty. We provide the full evaluation and follow-up process.
Driver License Evaluations
Substance use evaluations are required for individuals seeking license reinstatement through the Michigan Secretary of State or court following OWI or drug related offenses.
We provide written reports that meet Michigan DAAD requirements.
ASAP Evaluations & Outpatient Treatment
The Alcohol Highway Safety Program (ASAP) is a court ordered requirement for OWI and drug related driving offenses in Michigan.
We provide both the clinical evaluation and required outpatient treatment. Our clinicians hold CAADC credentials and can accommodate time sensitive court deadlines when possible.
Military Psychiatric Evaluations (MEPS)
MEPS psychiatric evaluations are required for applicants whose mental health history needs review prior to military clearance.
We provide comprehensive evaluations that address current functioning and readiness for service. Our founder has over 14 years of experience working with Army service members and understands what reviewing physicians require.
